Notice on HSBC China Business Operation Adjustment

Amid the ongoing coronavirus situation and following guidelines from government authorities and regulators, HSBC China will adjust our business operations, effective 3 February, 2020, so as to ensure the safety and health of our customers as well as our employees whilst continuing providing necessary banking services.

Please feel free to contact your relationship manager for details of our limited services during this challenging period. 

In the meantime, you can continue using our multiple digital channels to enquiry bank balance and statement, proceed transactions including domestic and foreign payments. Enquiries can also be raised by calling our Commercial Banking Service Hotline (400 821 8878).

We apologize for any inconvenience that this operational adjustment might cause. If any further changes become necessary in the future, we will keep you duly informed.
